Leveraging our viewers for weather coverage

When we wanted to launch a new viewer-centered weather program, I took the idea and ran with it. I built the entire system; from recruiting, to marketing, to web development, to on-air integration. I then rolled it out to nearly a dozen CBS O&O stations in the largest markets in the nation.

With an active network of thousands of viewers submitting their photos and weather observations, this has become a key weather sponsorship opportunity for many stations.
